Canned fish is the absolute best. Canned tuna, canned salmon, beautiful oily sardines and herring, these little sea treasures are packed and preserved for us to enjoy whenever the heck we feel like it. I thought I'd give you a few canned fish recipes to help!

This video outlines the 5 reasons why I always have canned fish on hand, and why canned fish is generally so awesome. There are way more than 5 canned fish benefits, but that's all we had time for.

I'm showing you how to make some easy fish cakes - which can be made with tuna or salmon. I'm also showing you how to make the most delicious 15 minute pasta dish using oil packed tuna with capers and olives.

Having canned fish on hand at all times will set you up for a multitude of quick easy dinners at the drop of a hat. Canned fish is healthy, cheap, convenient, and super versatile.
