30 secs Sphinx Pose
30 secs Locust
30 secs Cat & Cow
30 secs Puppy Pose or Downward Facing Dog
1 minute Garland Pose
30 secs Reclined Twist / Right Side
30 secs Reclined Twist / Left Side
1 minute Savasana
✅A TIP: if you want to create your own flow, but you also want to stick to a strict timing -- use a workout app. Name and time each pose, and turn the 'narrator' on -- it will help you focus on how your body feels, instead of what to do next. 📲
