Bhel Puri Masala Recipe
Ingredients for 200 gm storage jar
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chili (spicy) - 2-3 piece
Mint leaves - 10-15 piece
Lemon juice - 1/2 of a lemon
Ginger - 1 inch
Rock salt - 1 tsp
Roasted chana dal - 1/2 cup
1. Put them all into a mixer jar, grind them as a powder.
2. Now store the bhel Puri masala in a glass jar and put it inside the refrigerator.
