Aloo Gosht ka Shorba or Mutton Potato Stew is a tasty soup that can be enjoyed with Parota or Bread.This is easy to make yet so tasty and delicious recipe made with minimal ingredients.
METHOD
--------------
1.In apan add oil to heat - 3 tablespoon
2.To it add cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon and fry for few seconds.
3.Then add paste of two medium sized onions and fry till colour changes.
4.Then add ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon fry till raw smell disappears.
5.Add mutton - 1/4 kilo and fry also add salt - 1 teaspoon.
6.Then add
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
ROAST IT WELL
7.Then add tomato paste of 2 medium sized tomatoes and roast it.
8.Now add water - 1/2 teaspoon and let mutton get tender upto 80%.
9.When mutton becomes tender then add
Potato pieces - 1/4 kilo
Yogurt - 4 tablespoon
Dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon
ROAST IT WELL
10.Add water - 2 glasess and cook till potatoes and mutton becomes tender.
11.Tasty potato and mutton stew or Aloo gosht ka shorba is ready.
