10 gallons of Oktoberfest in the 2 bubblers on the left and 10 gallons of an APA we call RITA (Rock Island Trail Ale) in 2 secondary bubblers on the right.
We lost power and the video stops after almost 3 days later. Even though the Lager is bottom cropping, you can see a good krausen and activity on the top. Yes, we are fermenting a Lager at 66°F. We've fermented beers before at 61°F and never notice any off-flavors. We'll see how well this does
The "Ale" is Omega Hothead (Kveik) and the Lager is Saflager S-23
