Baked Brie Cheese / Baked Brie Cheese with Apples & Lingonberry

Baked Brie cheese topped with apples, shallots, thyme & lingonberry sauce wrapped in a blanket of puff pastry then baked to a golden brown outer shell. Cut into and a gooey goodness comes out. Great appetizer !

550g Brie cheese
200g sliced apples Gala or Granny Smith
1tsp lemon juice
1 shallots
Fresh thyme
2tsp butter
3tbsp lingonberry or cranberry sauce
1egg
Bake at 375F for 25 minutes
