Sky News political contributor Chris Uhlmann has criticised the Albanese government for wanting to “talk about any other policy but its own”.

Opposition leader Peter Dutton announced the Coalition’s nuclear plan at a media event on Wednesday.

“The Labor Party government seems to be adrift at the moment,” Mr Uhlmann told Sky News Australia.

“It wants to talk about any other policy but its own.”
