Ingredients:
2 Lo Han Guo (monk fruit)
1 kg winter melon
8 to 10 preserved dates
1 bowl dried longans
170 gm coconut sugar (gula Melaka) - or you can also use rock sugar
4.5 litres water
This recipe is good for 8 to 10 servings
