I was thrilled to learn that it's free to enter this beautiful Palace that is located right in the heart of Madrid. The showpiece of the Plaza Cibeles it's a symbol of the city. During my visit they had some free art exhibits and I was even able to go up to the top floor. Here they offer a look out terrace and restaurant. Come and see what's inside the Palace Cibeles!
