Hello Everyone!
We are back with the new recipe of Momo ko Jhol Achar. We have 2 recipes of Momo chutney in this video. Cold Momo ko achar is usually eaten with hot momo (dumplings). Momo ko achar is usually based on tomato with lot of other spices. It tastes better when it is a bit spicy.

Ingredients for 1st Momo ko Achar:
3 Tomatoes large size
5 Green chili
1 Onion
Garlic ginger
A handful coriander leaves
50 g Sesame seeds
1.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Ingredients for the 2nd Momo ko achar:
2 roasted tomatoes
4 roasted dry chili
Roasted garlic
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon Sichuan pepper
1 table spoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon tamarind paste
50 g sesame seeds
