This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout is blended with a circuit. 4 moves, 30 seconds each, repeated for 4 rounds! You will build total body endurance, get your heart rate up, and work up a sweat.
It appears I'm terrible at estimating time (specifically breaks!). I know I said breaks were 10-20 seconds, but it turns out they were more like 30 seconds. Don't worry though, you'll need the extra time to catch your breath. I sure did.
