Buying a used Steinway can sometimes feel like a daunting task. You have to educate yourself about how pianos are restored, what parts are used, and the methodology of restoration.
Here is an all original Steinway Model M with practically no wear inside or out. You would likely see more wear on a 6 month old piano! The piano feels new, with a precise action that has no excessive play since key bushings are just getting broken in. The hammers are just starting to develop grooves. So the piano will continue to open up as it's played, as new Steinways do.
