In today's video my buddy Kailer and I decided to do a little land based fishing mission for a species I have never targeted before. The Bullseye Snakehead is a highly invasive fish that was illegally introduced into south Floridas waterway and has quickly rose to the top of the food chain. For a long time I looked down on this fish and never once tried to catch one until this day. However, after this trip I have gained a new respect for this fish and its tenacity, aggression, fighting ability and table fare.

Our whole mission for this video was to catch a snakehead, invite it home for dinner and see if it lived up to the hype in the kitchen. Needless to say, I was absolutely blown away by the results.
