The Oura Ring 2 is one of our favourite wearables, providing impressively accurate sleep tracking and useful readiness scores that can help you adjust your lifestyle to help you train hard when your body is ready for it, and make more time for recovery when it isn’t.
With the next generation of the ring, Oura is aiming to make the device even more useful, with new features like daytime and workout heart rate tracking, period predictions and blood oxygen saturation measurements. However, many of these features are yet to arrive on the ring, and another new addition is a subscription fee for the Oura app.
Run Testers Kieran, Mike and Nick will all be testing the Oura Ring 3 for our full review, but for now here’s Nick’s first impression of the ring after a couple of weeks of use.
