DEAR FRIENDS!

I am happy to announce about my first «Warm Body Cold Mind» training camp. You are invited to visit the Olympic Training Center – the base of all Ukrainian champions from the times of Anatoliy Pysarenko to Aleksey Torokhtiy – equipped with ELEIKO bars and 10 weightlifting platforms. Comfortable accommodation (TV, AC, fridge, etc)
The training camp will be organized and structured the same way the Ukrainian National Weightlifting team preparation.
The main focus of the training program will be put on developing power, technical preparation, mobility and flexibility drills, and mental preparation. Recovery: therapy, massage and sauna (banya) included.
We will have a plenty of time for communication, learning and discussing weightlifting.
Sightseeing tour, Ukrainian cuisine will be a part of your staying at WBCM CAMP.
