AlmoIngredients nd Coconut Ladoo
◦ 🥥3/4 Cup Almonds
◦ 🥥1/4 cup Cashews
◦ 🥥1 cup dry coconut
◦ 🥥1/2 cup jaggery powder
◦ 🥥1/4 tsp cardamom powder
◦ 🥥1-2 tbsb finely chopped almonds ( optional)
◦ 🥥4 Tbsb Ghee
Instructions
🥥Roast almonds and cashews on heated pan till crunchy and golden brown for 4-5 minutes
🥥Cool it for 5 minutes and blend into powder by pulsing couple of times
🥥Roast dry coconut until it turns golden brown
🥥Blend it into powder by pulsing couple of times . Don’t blend continuously as it will release oil .
🥥Roast chopped almonds on pan with little ghee
🥥In a separate bowl add almond powder and coconut powder , add Jagerry powder and cardamom powder and ghee .
(You can check sweetness and add more jagerry powder )
🥥Grease hands with ghee and start preparing ladoo .
🥥Store it in airtight container for 7-8 days .
