In this youtube #shorts I go into a quick heavy bag drill that I borrowed directly from George Foreman, who is one of the most devastating punchers of all time.
What you're going to do is focus on one punch per round and continue to hit progressively harder with each punch. You will be focusing purely on power for this drill and it will help you with rotation, building a power habit, and it will help you develop more density in your muscle and bones!
