SALT AS PER TASTE
OIL FOR TADKA.
PREPERATION:
HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD LET IT SPLATTER ADD CHANA DAL AND UDAD DAL FRY FOR 1 MIN ADD ONION AND CURRY LEAVES FRY FOR 2 MINS ADD TURMERIC ADD GREEN CHILLI
ADD BOILED ALOO ADD SALT AND FINELY CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER.
