I just did a 3-day water fast. Here is my take aways from the experience. I did this for 2 reasons: 1- is to push myself mentally, put myself into an uncomfortable situation because lately I have been not doing anything that was that tough, and it’s always good to help push your mind. 2 - the health benefits. I’m not an expert, but I love trying and experimenting with things like this. Go google 3 day water fast and get all the experts opinions on what it can do for you! Hope this was beneficial in some way. Always be paying the man!
