Hi guys! I hope you enjoy the video! I've been training to get my first dunk for awhile now and I'm getting closer every week! I hope this motivates you guys to go out and chase whatever dream you have, whether or not it's to dunk a basketball! These workouts I've been doing have increased my vertical jump 10 inches and it'll keep getting higher and higher until i can finally dunk a basketball! There are certain exercises you guys should be doing if you want to maximize your results. Those include uphill sprints, depth jumps, jump squats, squats, pistol squats, nordics, reverse nordics and jump rope. No matter how unathletic or uncoordinated, you can still get your first dunk!
