Drive the Hip!- Fight Pressure with pressure. This requires good instincts , knowledge of your team formations (film study), great leverage and eyes.
All double team wins start off with great knock back , violent hands and leverage.
Clip 2 - Explode, Turn , and Get Low!
This is a more aggressive form of throwing the hip. The purpose of spiking the knee to the ground is to cover more surface area and to create a shift of COG(center of Gravity ) against the double team.This will allow you to hold your ground longer so you do not get driven back. Once you spike your knee, get up and power through!(Always stay Square) At higher levels of the game this may be needed against your opponent.
