Former Trump administration special assistant Andrew Giuliani says “a lot of questions” still need to be answered surrounding the first assassination attempt on Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The US Secret Service has defended itself after another potential assassination of Donald Trump was thwarted.

“I don’t think they (the Secret Service) have been completely forthright,” Mr Giuliani told Sky News Australia.

“I just don’t think that all our questions are answered in terms of what happened with Thomas Matthew Crooks and how somebody was able to get 150 yards away from the president.”
