Hey ladies, here is a 20 min ish yoga flow that will help with the inflammation and pain from endometriosis. I myself suffered with this horrible disease, and found yoga to help a lot with my symptoms.
The poses you will see in the video focus on releasing tension in the pelvic area, in the hips, and will help with the pain. Though we can't prevent endo, there are some things we can do to reduce our chances of developing it, and also with alleviating the symptoms. Such as exercising regularly, keeping our stress levels down, eating fresh whole foods, and eliminating certain foods from our diet.
