Wanna wake up your glutes and make them grow?♥︎ Here is THE ultimate booty activation which will help you to activate your booty. You can do this as a workout itself or as a glute activation BEFORE any hard booty workouts or gym sessions with weights or bodyweight. Activating my gluteal muscles is a must for me, especially if I am going to train my booty with heavy weights. This way I feel like I am training the right muscles and feel more burn in the right places. If you have the feeling that you are training your legs instead of your booty while lifting weights, try to do this booty activation first. You'll see the difference. :)
▪️ Intensity: Medium
▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.
