Today's video covers wrist extension pain mobilizations, which can help if your mobility is limited or you are experiencing pain with push-ups, handstands or other pushing tasks. Pain on the backside of the wrist is common when the wrist is loaded into extension.
The mobilizations in this video are designed to push the first row of carpal bones toward the palm, which is the direction they must glide in order to achieve full wrist extension range of motion. Find the mobilization option that works best for you and perform 3 to 5 bouts of the mobilization. The key is to perform the mobilization for 30 to 60 seconds and then take a short rest before starting the next bout.
