Welcome to DAY 4 of your 30 DAY BODY RESHAPE CHALLENGE!
Today you will start on the floor with some effective abdominal and core exercises to really tone and strengthen your tummy area, plus help shape the waistline. Always draw in your tummy ‘belly to spine’ feeling the deeper muscles to really improve your strength and shape within your tummy!
You will also do some stronger and more sustained leg work, great for toning and building endurance for the legs. I think you might feel the difference with this one.
Keep breathing as you need, it’s not really an issue ‘when’ you breathe just keep it flowing throughout the routine.
You will need for today:
-mat
-comfortable clothing
WHAT THE CHALLENGE INVOLVES:
*All videos around 15-20 minutes long - no equipment needed
*All videos are bodyweight + Pilates based exercises, super effective for the whole body
*All moves are low impact (no big jumping or plyometrics)
SUITABLE FOR:
*Beginner level exercise goer or anyone who needs a ‘kick start’ back into a regular routine
*Anyone wanting to work the whole body and build STRENGTH and MOBILITY while BOOSTING YOUR METABOLISM / fat burning ability
*you must have generally good health and no injuries

*Do the videos IN ORDER as we will be building upon movements in the coming weeks from beginner level!
