The man who was photographed as a baby underwater and featured on one of the most iconic album covers of all time is suing the surviving members of Nirvana for alleged child sexual exploitation.
Mr Elden claims the picture on the 1991 album 'Nevermind' constitutes child pornography and his lawyer alleges the use of money in the shot makes the baby appear like a sex worker.
The now-30-year-old is seeking $200,000 dollars in damages from each defendant, including rocker Dave Grohl and Courtney Love - lead singer Kurt Cobain’s widow.
The lawsuit further alleges the man's family was not compensated for the image and the band failed to honour an agreement to cover his genitals with a sticker.
