Learn how to make a simple delicious baked vegetarian blueberry cheesecake using easily available ingredients

In this video, we first show you how to prepare your tin using foil and butter paper. We then prepare our biscuit base and show you how to roast the crushed biscuits. Refrigerate the biscuit base for a while Meanwhile, we prepare our cream cheese batter and it is as simple as it looks. Once you beat this, pour it into the tin which is kept in a aluminium tray along with a water bath. We then bake this in a preheated oven for about 40 mins at 150 degrees. Once baked keep in fridge overnight for it to set. Remove the tin and then pour your desired fruit filling on top and any garnish as you like. Your baked cheesecake is ready!! Be careful you may eat the whole cake yourself it's that yummy!!!

Ingredients:
Digestive Biscuit - 160 gms
Butter 25 gms
Cream Cheese - 1 packet (approx 225g)
Flour - 20gms
Powdered Sugar - 75 gms
Double Cream - 100ml
Any fruit filling
