DIAGNOSIS: ALS / Axonal CIDP

PRESENTING ILLNESS:

51 years old female patient presented with a history of gradually progressive weakness in all four limbs starting in the left upper limb for the past 2 years. Slurring/slowness of speech for the past 2 years. Currently, she is not able to walk with support for 4 months, not able to swallow, or speak. Thinning / wasting of the left hand since 12 months. She was seen by and treated on Ayurvedic Medication. Consultation / Evaluation was done at Safdarjung Hospital too. Currently, she is taking Ayurvedic treatment for the same. She / her son & daughter wish to go for stem cell therapy for her problem.
