This is a very easy and quick Breakfast recipe. Upma is one of the regular breakfast that is made in most South Indian homes.It is prepared from vermicelli, mixed vegetables and other spices.
iam not using any veggies if you want then you can add some veggies like carrots, french Beans, green pees or any of your Choice veggies.
Ingridients:
Vermicelli / Seviyan- 1 cup
Onion- 1 (Chopped)
Tomato- 1(Chopped)
Green chillies- 2 (Finely chopped)
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Refined Oil- 2 tbsp
Water- 1/2 glass
Curry leaves
Asafoetida/Hing- 1/2 pinch
