Yoga Exercises with the Boat and Wide Legged Forward Bend Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing a "boat" pose. This will strengthen and build up your core muscles. From there, I will do a "seated upright angle" pose. Then, I will transition into a variation of the "wide legged forward bend" pose. I will do several different stretches while in this pose. Don't forget to do cool down exercises after a routine.
