I recently heard of a gentleman in Kochi who is on a mission to make Kerala food available to diners not just in Kerala but across the country and the globe. Intrigued, I accepted Mr Cherian Kurian’s invitation to a traditional, Kerala lunch, where I was impressed not just with the food but the science that goes into its creation.
