- 48oz Baby Potatoes or 3 Large Russet Potatoes, DICED
- 6 to 8 Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream (Optional)
- Salt to Taste for Boiling
- 8 to 12 Strip Bacon, Crumbled or 1/4 Cup REAL Bacon Bits
- 1 Hard Boiled Egg
- 1 to 2 Stalks of Green Onion, Chopped
- Chives for Garnish
- 1/2 to 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
- Black Pepper to Taste

- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
