Once you get your X-rays, it is time to understand your spine and what it really means to have Scoliosis.

In this video, I show you some real-life X-rays and explain the 4 main type of curves when you have Scoliosis.

First of all, I explain what type of X-ray you should ask for, including the parts of the body to include in it, to really assess your spine.

Then, I tell you when to get an x-ray is, as it depends on the age of the person, the progression of the curve and how fast it's increasing.

Once you know how to read your X-ray, I show you how your back may look with each curve and the areas you need to focus on.

And if you don't have X-rays, I describe how to perform the Adam's test, which is an at home test, to determine your curve type and how to use an Scoliometer to easily measure the rotation of the curve. You can even use your phone!

All these tools will help you to select the right rehab for your curve.
