Baked Sushi or Sushi Bake is a unique Sushi recipe where sushi rice and toppings (of your choice) are placed in a tray and will be baked. It is way far from traditional sushi cuisine but it is so good that everyone can enjoy this dish. It is perfect to roll up with nori seaweed and eat. Hope you guys enjoy it!

1 cup Japanese Mayonnaise - [ Ссылка ]
1/2 cup sour cream - [ Ссылка ]
1 1/2 tbsp Sriracha - [ Ссылка ]
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar - [ Ссылка ]

[sushi rice]
4 cups Rice - [ Ссылка ]
1 ¼ cup Sushi Vinegar - [ Ссылка ]

1 pack (500g Crab Sticks) - [ Ссылка ]
Furikake (Rice Seasoning) - [ Ссылка ]
Aonori (Nori Flakes) - [ Ссылка ]
3 stalks Green Onions - [ Ссылка ]

*For the 3 cups rice
