3 Easy And Delicious Brunch Recipes

Prosciutto Arugula & Egg Pizza
❤ Naan bread
❤ extra virgin olive oil
❤ marinara sauce
❤ fresh mozzarella cheese
❤ arugula salad (see below for ingredients)
❤ prosciutto
❤ 1 egg

Arugula Salad Recipe
❤ organic arugula
❤ extra virgin olive oil
❤ salt & pepper
❤ lemon juice

1. Thaw the naan bread in the oven at 400 for 2 minutes
2. Assemble all the ingredients on the naan bread except the egg
3. Bake for 5 minuts at 400
4. Add the egg and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking


Faux Bacon & Chocolate Chip Pancake Bites
❤ pancake mix
❤ semi sweet chocolate chips
❤ faux bacon (see how to make it here [ Ссылка ]

1. Follow instructions for pancake mix and add the chocolate chips and bacon
2. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400

Savory Oatmeal
❤ oatmeal of your choice
❤ cheddar cheese
❤ egg
❤ green onion
❤ salt & pepper

1. Cook 1 cup of water with 1/2 of oatmeal (serves 1) with salt to taste
2. Add cheese to oatmeal
3. Fry an egg until crisp
4. Serve the egg on top of cheesy oatmeal and sprinkle with chives
