Ingredients:
→ 454g tofu (a whole package of tofu)
→ 120g Maple Syrup
→ 30g Cacao Powder
→ 25g Soy Protein Isolate
→ 2tsp Vanilla Extract
→ 50g Water (maybe skip if using silken tofu)
Place everything in the blender and blend it until smooth (about 2 minutes).
Enjoy chilled and with some berries on top (blueberries and raspberries work best).
Experiment with what works for you and don’t be afraid to add/remove stuff to make it your own. Enjoooy! 💪
