Vegan Korean Fried Cauliflower
(Makes 1/2 Head Cauliflower)
- 1/2 head cauliflower

- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger powder (link: [ Ссылка ])
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (link: [ Ссылка ])
For Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (1/4 cup for spicy recipe) (link: [ Ссылка ])
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (link: [ Ссылка ] )
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar (link: [ Ссылка ])
- 3 tablespoons molasses or brown sugar
Bake 400 F for 24 mins, flipping in between
