Yoga Exercises with the Revolved Sundial and Upright Seated Angle Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing some warm up exercises while in the "seated forward fold" pose. From there, I will do a variation of the "revolved sundial" pose. This stretch will benefit your legs. After doing that, I will do an "upright seated angle" pose. This will really help stretch your thighs and help balance your core muscles. Always remember to finish with cool down exercises after you are done with your exercise routine.
