Jaleesa Vincent is a surfer, singer, lyricist, tap dancer, visual artist in a variety of media, wearer of hats, and one of the few people who can pull off the elusive bikini and tailcoat combination. Intrigued, we decided to find out more.

This short film – shot in and around Byron Bay on Australia's east coast, directed by Dom Sullivan, and presented by Billabong – is the result. Jaleesa created the animation that bookends it. Her band, Cupid and the Stupids, performed the live soundtrack.
