1️⃣ Analyse you body and asses what you think needs more attention. For example, I may focus on my hips, lower back and hamstrings which are commonly tight among a lot of people.
2️⃣ Then I would Pick 3 simple dynamic movements that require my muscles to move through a full range of motion under load for my chosen body parts.
3️⃣ Now I put put these movements into action by doing 10 reps on each exersise as a circuit for 3 rounds.
4️⃣ Send this to someone who needs mobility in their life!
