In this months no dig garden video you’re going to see my late winter garden update.
First, I start by talking about what to harvest. We've been able to harvest a lot so far this winter thanks to some pre-planned planting back in summer and autumn. Leafy greens such as red mustard greens, miners lettuce and curly endive have been a few of our staples.
The next thing I show is a garden to table leek and potato soup. Using my root to tip philosophy, where I use the whole leek that is harvested .
Finally, I talk all about one of my main things to do in the garden this month, which is actually sorting seeds into an organised seed container. This will be used in 2 weeks when I start my indoor seedlings and I will be posting a video on that soon, so be sure to subscribe.
