One thing most owners fail to protect themselves against is employees pilfering company time.
Time is what matters the most.

Here are a few suggestions to maximize employee productivity:
1. Make sure tasks are scheduled in advance for everyone in the organization, including yourself
2. Set an example for everyone. If you’re reining in your days, your employees will follow suit
3. Implement a pay-for-performance plan to incentivize hard work
4. Invest in your people by sharing your business’s goals and what you want to accomplish
Work is work, not a hobby or a sport.
Manage your employees’ time to maximize productivity; if you don’t, you’re allowing theft to occur.
