If you are suffering from gas, bloating and stomach pain which are common complaints of people with exocrine pancreatic deficiency then you should consider taking in diet rich in chromium which helps in production of insulin. Try a low fat diet and use dietary supplements to narrow the gaps of nutrients. Take diet rich in fibres. Take plenty of fluids and stop drinking alcohol and quit smoking.
