Bread flour 250g
Milk powder 25g
Sugar 20g
Instant dry yeast 3g
Unsalted butter 30g
Salt 2g
Dark chocolate chips
Toppings:
Milk
Sugar
✎ Suggested fermentation time:
First fermentation 30 minutes
Second fermentation 45 minutes
✎ Baking information:
Bake at 190°C for 15minutes
✎ Mould:
9cm ø paper mould
