CHALLENGING CORE WORKOUT - STRONG CORE
In this week's workout, let's focus on a very important part of your body. A stable core allows you to transfer forces more efficiently and it prevents premature fatigue and injuries. A good core stability is the basis for complex strength training with additional weights either at home or in the gym.
This session will go about 30 minutes within 45 seconds of exercises and short breaks in between. Enjoy the 8th workout with Rebecca Barthel!
As you already know our workouts will get more advanced and difficult. You can do these workouts multiple times and each time you get through it, you will get stronger, better and happier.
You can also complete this workout while being at the gym!
