Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy says the United States is in the middle of a “national identity crisis”.
Day two of the Republican National Convention is underway where immigration and border control are high on the agenda.
“Faith, patriotism, hard work and family have disappeared only to be replaced by race, gender, sexuality and climate,” Mr Ramaswamy said during a DNC address.
“But we are not going to win this election just by criticising the other side; we are going to win this by standing for our own vision of who we really are.”
