Frozen shoulder is a mysterious condition, that is characterized by a gradual onset of shoulder pain and loss of range of motion. Much is still unknown on exactly why this process starts and who gets it.
In this video we cover everything from clinical diagnosis to giving examples of exercises. We also look at several papers about this condition and how they influence management.
One thing that is extremely important it so make sure to move the shoulder to tolerance so there is long term loss of shoulder range of motion.

Update: Several longitudinal studies revealed that this classical, 3 phases narrative wasn't ocurring. These studies revealed that the largest increase in range of motion was in the first few months, with diminishing returns after that.
