Severe weather will impact parts of Queensland this morning bringing heavy rainfall across central and north-western parts of the state.
The Bureau of Meteorology has warned six-hourly intense rainfall totals of up to 150 millimetres are possible in the central-western region.
The heavy rainfall is expected to shift towards the northeast between the towns of Cairns and Bowen, with the risk of intense rainfall from tomorrow morning.
