**Important: Foreo does not list the energy output (in studies above, J/cm^2); however, I would say it is safe to assume it is lower in output. While this is unlikely to directly compare to HE (high energy) output, it does mean the UFO is safe for continuous use, with Foreo recommending up to twice daily use. I have included studies on LE output LED above.
